This is just a little test to see if you're up to par to roleplay here. Sorry, but it is necessary seeing as there are many out there that think they're semi-literate to literate that just aren't. So, simply post and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Message me if you have problems.

A heavy sigh escaped the lips of one Kazuma Kuwabara. The youth trudged along the barren sidewalk, hands stuffed in their pocketed nests. The sigh had only come when the boy realized that his pockets were now empty with the exception of his hands, several hours before they had been bulging with the spare change a bountiful allowance offered. (I hope this poor boy never tries his luck gambling) The dull thud of his scuffed uniformed shoes seemed hollow on this day, just another bit of white noise thrown against the traffic to his right. There wasn’t really anywhere to go, after all his favorite eateries didn’t take IOUs. As he rounded another all too familiar street corner the limbs of several trees made their appearance. The shade of said park seemed like the only thing the day had left for the boy. Okubo, Komada and Karishima all had their own plans for the day, leaving their beloved leader in the dust. With an overly dramatic sigh Kazuma freed his hands, raising his toned arms over his brilliant tuft of red hair to stretch. His long face was contorted into quite the yawn as he continued on, High cheekbones forced slightly farther apart.

Kurama strolled down the sidewalk, his rare emerald gaze scanning the cracks in the ground below him. He wouldn't wander too far from home, incase he gave his mother something to worry about, but he did leave the humble abode often, just for some fresh air. The redhead seemed deep in thought, and oblivious to the noise and trafic all around the ningen city. He let out a quiet sigh, slipping both hands into the pockets of his jeans. He had yet another exam tomorrow, his school being so demanding. Right now he didn't have much else to do except study. He felt it much easier outside, to mentaly review the material he was supposed to know. Though sometimes his thoughts drifted away from his studies, instead wandering to the life his mother knew not. He pushed them away and began to head home.

“Illusions, part of a sly fox’s power, but I’ll probably still get caught.” Muttered quietly as this fox demon sat, but it was different from most would assume from the sudden say of fox demons. This was but a friendly little demon, placed in a world where she’d have to hide herself to just be normal, but she’d be back home soon. Though this place seemed more refreshing then the last, and for one moment she didn’t have to go battling. Though she had lived here for pretty long already, it was getting slightly old, and boring. The foster parents she had were alright, but she would have to leave them with a vanishing trick and as well mind. Sighing she continued looking at herself, in the mirror that belonged to her, square, and with runic signs on the back. It revealed her true form, ears and all. Glancing up a moment she returned it to her bag, and picked herself up from the bench. “Time for school...time for work...time...such a waste..” An ordinary girl now, with odd strands of silver hair, but could easily be considered a dye job. A real good dye job, and that was all her abnormalities. Having simple brick red eyes were just fine, have slight long nails were okay, and her pale complexion was completely normal. Her school uniform her parents had gotten her, neat, and all. Yes, so why would anyone ever mistake her as a demon at all?

It was the middle of the night and everyone was alseep, well, almost everyone. A young girl, who appeared to be 15, was walking through the moon-lit park. She is wearing a blue short sleeved top that has a sky-blue hooded-cape attached to it and a pair of blue jeans. Around her neck lies a speical necklace- it's a ruby-shaped and colored diamond on a sliver chain. She recieved this at birth, but she doesn't even remember. Her long back-length orange flowed behind her as she walked. Yellow highlights could be seen thought the girls hair. The strange thing about her hilights were that they were glowing from the light of the full moon. So you can guess that she's no ordinary human girl. As she walked, her head was held down towards the path, her mind filled with so many unanswered questions. Her emerald green eyes were now gazing upon the full moon as she stopped walking and her form began to change. As a beam of moon light hit her body, dark-orange dragon ears came from the sides of her hair, a pair of dark-orange dragon wings popped out from her back, and a dark-orange tail with an arrow-shaped tip on the end appeared behind her. She is in fact, a dragon demon and is not of this earth, but from demon world and does not know it. On her back, she carries a blade known as the Dragon Fang, which she also recived from birth. After her little change, she continued walking, heading back to her so-called home.

The sweet chirping of sparrows filled the town, as they darted here and there, calling to one another, alterting each other of possible danger or the finding of a good food source. The birds chirped softly, welcoming the day and the season. The soft green grass seemed to welcome all the creatures who might happen to pass, luring them to it, beckoning for their prescence.
The sun was risen high behind thin layered puffs of smoke, looking upon the unholy soil beneath the feet of many. A slight breeze had picken up from the east, tossing leaves here and there. The wind rustled between trees, making them shudder.
The birds, chirping away, seemed as though it were beaming the day. Lightening up everyone's lives. Except one that is. A certain boy, that is, did not ever seen happy. Rarely a smile crept upon his face. If so, it were only of sarcastic amusement of other's pain and missery.
Bloodshot orbs gazed down upon the young boy, otherwise known as Yusuke, just below himself as he had rested himself on a sterdy limb up above.
A light smirk had formed upon this boy's lips, watching as Yusuke, yet again, made a fool of himself. Or was that just because of the past? The past when he had first met him, thinking he was merely a human? A weak, pathetic human? Ah, but that was the past, and this is the present. Nothing else mattered to him /but/ him and his friends and family. Though he does not admit it, he couldn't help but risk his /own/ life for his friends. His /own/ life for his family, especially Yukina. His sister he mostly adores. Too bad she did not know who he was. Too bad she didn't know they were related.
But he would never tell. Not until the time was right. Not until himself and her were ready for the news..
(This is for Hiei, in case ya didn't know. ^^)

Jess was perfectly still in the trees, the moonlight barely outlining her form. The cat demon/dragon hybrid was watching a small rabbit in the clearing. Despite her humanoid appearance, she acted just like the demon she was; animalistic through and through. Her ebony claws dug into the bark as her muscles tensed beneath her scarred, tan skin. Her coal-black tail swished behind her and her red-flecked brown eyes with the cat pupils were focused on the little mammal below. With silent strength she pounced upon the helpless creature, immediately snapping it's neck. Sharp, ivory fangs sliced easily through the rabbit's skin and the demon feasted. Suddenly her ears, which were oddly large feline ears, twitched and her head snapped up from her kill, crimson blood staining her bronze hair. (Sorry for everyone who thinks Jess is cruel. She's actually quite nice once you get to know her. I just had an urge to do something where Jess was acting her true self.)

An evening sky shimmered overhead. The stars glinted, flickering like faint memories. The lake remained placid even through the summer breeze. The only thing to disturb its mirror-like image, was a girl. The only limbs on her petite figure to move were her legs, swishing back and fourth to relieve her of sweltering temperates.
Her large, cranberry colored eyes blinked slowly, extravogant lashes beating against her pale cheek bones each time. Her silky curls of pure ebony swished to and fro over her face, giving the girl a slightly chaotic look. Water dripped over the fresh emerald grass as she lifted her legs from the water to sit upon the lustrous ground.
Such a girl was seemingly harmless. Dressed in a fringed school skirt, worn from street fights, and a simple white tank, she was like any other teenager, who had chosen to spend the warm night at the park. But she wasn't.
Fire blazed in her eyes, cold, distant flames.
