Well (I feel kinda stupid while typing this....) I'm here since May, but I haven't RPG in my whole and kinda boring life... *sighs*
Now I feel and want to RPG and to create a plot/story/whatever-it's-called... thing. I have some ideas (some very weird ^_^') but I don't know well what to do. So here are my questions:
1.- If I have an OC, what's the limit she/he can have? I mean, can this OC mix some of the ideas I got from other anime, i.e. If I want to make her an Alchemist for a RPG, is that permitted?
2.- Do I have to ask for permission if I want to start a new RPG/plot... ?
3.- Is there a limit of "characters" you can use?
4.- If I want to start the RPG, I can't play as other original characters if they have been chosen, right?
5.- Can you put that there were relationships between characters before the "story" started or do they start as "strangers"? Note: friendship relationships, no romance is going to be used.

1. O.o.. this is what Yus-chan's rules for the orginals...
These are just a few rules for made-ups.
1.They must fit in VERY well to be able to be roleplayed here. 2.They may not have the same powers as the originals save for reiki. 3.The may not be related to/going out with original characters. 4.They must be roleplayed just as well as the originals would be.
yeah.....Also don't make your charrie all too powerful.....
2. Erm, I'm not really sure, but for the new plots... I think you should post your plot idea up and see if we like it...O.o...
3. Again, I don't know...^^;; we'll have to ask Yus-chan about that..Wait do you mean the limit of charries in 1 role play or in total?
4. I pretty sure you can't RP a charrie it the charrie's already taken...O.o....That is unless if someone convinces you too... -coughthemissingfilesboardcough- .....^^;;
5. Well, it depends on the board, if it's in the future, like the Empty Sorrows(Future) board then they already know.. I fyou're not sure.... just as Who ever created the Topic...

First off, OC's have to 100% original. You're own work, but they have to look like they can belong in the Yu Yu Hakusho realm. If you can create a character that's an alchemist but fits in with the Yu Yu Hakusho realm than that's fine. If you can't, than no, it isn't fine.
Second off, starting a new Roleplay is fine, but a new plot you have to post on the board with the other plot's and get it voted on.
OC's you can only have a limit of three, but only two may be used in the same roleplay.
If you ask the person that has chosen them or ask someone that is able to give you permission than you may. But just going ahead and roleplaying them with no permission? No.
You can with the OC's but there may be no relationships with the Original Characters unless they knew the person from school or work. And even then you have to ask the person who's roleplaying the charrie you want your's to know.

It doesn't matter. -pats- As long as you follow them in the future. After all, I didn't have these rules posted when you joined. So it's alright. Don't worry about it.

Wait, but does that rule still go into effect if you're doing the RP for the tournament?

I would also like to add that...When roleplaying, do not use *'s for actions, just describe them as though you were writing a story or something. Like in a book. Also, try to write more than just one line when you roleplay because that gives the other person or people less to work with when it's their turn to post. Keep to the plot or setting that you're roleplaying in, don't stray. The roleplay doesn't work too good when the starting roleplayer's character is one place and then your character is in a totally different realm and it doesn't pertain to the plot that its so. I mean, say someone started out in the city and your character isn't in the same place as their character, that's fine. But using the same reference, if your character is in the Makai and has no plans of journeying to Ningenkai, than that's not okay.

No, tournament's are different. You have to use more than two OC's in a tournament to make a team.
