Behold the trillionth Hiei picture! XD;;
I made this for one of my websites, Dragon Dreams Network. He's one of my resident dragons. Obviously, the Shikigami Dragon-Hiei-thing has the element of fire...He just has icy-ish wings. >>
For one reason or another, the colors sometimes go outside of the outlines when this is viewed in Firefox/Netscape against a dark background. -_-;; For the record, I was very careful about keeping the coloring inside the outlines.
